Tangent Health, Ltd (Singapore, Singapore) and its prominent shareholder, EC Healthcare, Inc (HKG 2138) (Hong Kong, China) announce their intentions to distribute the Plainsight technology in Hong Kong and throughout Southeast Asia.
Tangent Health, Ltd. CEO Mr. Michael Presley states "Our distribution platform with our shareholder EC Healthcare will rapidly provide the world's at-risk population with an affordable, precise, and non-invasive early detection tool to help mitigate cardiac mortality and morbidity. Technology platform and its IP to Tangent Health, Pte., Ltd. as of July 22, 2021. All distribution and sales of the Plainsight platform will be performed through Tangent Health. http://Tangent.health

Plainsight Technology is a rapid non-invasive early detection tool used to diagnose myocardial ischemia which is the number one cause of death globally. Plainsight Technology is a patented method process that captures and analyzes EKG wavelets that provides a risk assessment score and a 3D visualization of the heart for interpretive purposes.

Tangent Health, Pte., Ltd., is a Singapore Company that was funded by EC healthcare and founded in September of 2021 when it acquired the Plainsight algorithm and Intellectual property from EKGINSIGHTS, which is a U.S. based technology company.
As part of the acquisition, Tangent Health hired key members of the EKGINSIGHTS team to manage and promote the commercialization of the product and to aid in the development of its further iterations and other new technology. Tangent Health is able to sell products now due to Plainsight’s CE approval which is outside the U.S. Tangent Health is now in the process of completing the submission of Plainsight through the 510K FDA process.
